Account & sign-in

You can sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google or Apple. After signing up we send a 6-digit code to verify your email. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it. You can update your profile, appearance, and notification preferences any time in Settings.

Tickets & registration

Register or buy tickets from an event's page. Your tickets live in your account — open one to show its QR code for check-in at the door. For paid tickets, refunds follow the host's policy; see our Refund Policy. To cancel a free registration, open the event and cancel from there.

Hosting events

Anyone can create an event from the "Create" flow — add your details, cover, tickets, and registration form, then publish. From an event's Manage view you can track registrations, check guests in, broadcast updates, and see insights on how your event is being discovered. To sell paid tickets, connect a payout account first (see below).

Payments & payouts

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and Paystack — Letsdap never stores your full card details. To receive money from paid tickets, connect your payout account in Settings → Payments. Payouts and any holds are subject to the processor's verification and terms.

Privacy & your data

You control your information and can edit or remove it in Settings. To access, export, or delete your data, or to ask a privacy question, see our Privacy Policy or email support@letsdap.com.
