Refund Policy

Letsdap is a platform that lets independent hosts sell tickets and collect RSVPs. Each host sets the refund and cancellation policy for their own event, so the terms for any given ticket are decided by the host who created it.

1. Who issues refunds

When you buy a ticket, your agreement is with the host of that event, not with Letsdap. The host sets the price and the refund and cancellation policy. Letsdap provides the platform and, together with our payment partners, processes the transaction — but the host decides whether a given purchase is refundable.

2. How to request a refund

Start by reviewing the refund terms shown on the event page or in your confirmation. To request a refund, contact the event host directly through the details on the event page. If you can't reach the host or need help, email us at support@letsdap.com and we'll do our best to assist.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout — Stripe or Paystack. Once a refund is issued, it typically takes a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Service fees

Any service or processing fees shown at checkout may be non-refundable, even when the ticket price is refunded, because they cover costs incurred at the time of purchase. The breakdown is displayed before you pay.

5. Cancelled or changed events

If a host cancels, reschedules, or materially changes an event, refunds are handled according to that host's policy and applicable law. We encourage hosts to refund cancelled events promptly, and we'll help coordinate where we can.

6. Free events and RSVPs

For free events there is no payment to refund — you can simply cancel your registration from the event page or your tickets.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact the host or support@letsdap.com first so we can resolve it quickly. Payment disputes raised with your bank are handled under the payment processor's rules and may take longer.
